A health coach focuses on educating, supporting and guiding clients in the following life areas: nutrition, physical activity, relationships, lifestyle and other life areas that impact health such as stress, weight and energy levels.

My definition for “eating clean” is eating a whole foods, plant-based diet full of both essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It means steering clear of processed or packaged foods with ingredients you can’t pronounce, avoiding artificial, genetically modified, pesticide laden foods and eating organic as much as possible.
I believe that health is our greatest gift and that being healthy is really about living life to the fullest every day. I believe that true wellness is found by finding balance in all areas of life; developing a spiritual practice, having healthy relationships, finding purpose in your career, being physically active, and by providing the proper nutrition to not only your body but also your spirit.
