Mindset Mastery – Finally breakthrough what has been holding you back from reaching your next level of health and performance. You’ll discover how to condition your mindset for success. Without the proper mindset for you just fail. Period. (This piece alone is worth the investment in the program)

Stress Mastery – We go WAY beyond just “managing stress” in this program. Making sure you’re identifying the root cause of your stress is the KEY to success. And we don’t just manage stress for the sake of a “stress relief”. You’ll know exactly WHY you’re doing what you’re doing and HOW it connects to the bigger picture of what you’re trying to accomplish.

Nutrition Mastery – Eating the “right” foods at the “right times” can be a REAL challenge if you don’t know…. the what, the why and how of 21st-century nutrition. During the program, you’ll uncover what foods to eat specifically to maximize your energy and health through advanced microbiome genetic testing.

Movement Mastery – We take learning your body to whole another level. We go far beyond just the what. We all know we need to move more. In the program, we focus on the how and you’ll create what I call a personal movement plan (PMP) tailored to your unique lifestyle, goals, and preferences… they don’t teach this stuff in a classroom, a textbook or (even medical school.)

Advanced Training – Because many of the participants in the program achieve their goals within the first month and a half (this obviously varies depending on your current situation), we coach past the surface level strategies, tactics, routines, and rituals and we discuss in detail how to go WAY beyond what you believe is possible in your physical, mental, and emotional energy.

When you know the “why” and the “how” and get the support and accountability you need…you get results. 

What is the investment in this program?

There’s a couple of things you need to know about “price”. I DO NOT give it out ahead of time. Before we even talk investment, I determine if you’re actually a great fit for the program AND the community. 

If we’re still good, I’ll tell you all the details of the program (the above is just the surface) and then we’ll talk investment (And yes, we can be pretty flexible with payment plans for those who are a fit for the program).

And no, do not email me asking for the price. That’s not the way I do it. If that doesn’t work for you, you’re not a good fit and shouldn’t apply.

Confused about What Foods are Best for Energy and Health? READ This…

Are you confused about what foods are best to eat for optimal energy and health?

I can honestly say after a decade of helping people transform their health and after studying over 100 dietary theories… I was still a bit confused too.

Over the years I’ve experimented with a number of different “Diets- ways of eating” to see what worked best for my unique body and health goals…

figuring out what worked for me personally, some took a great deal of trial and error.

Working with clients I’d guide them through a self-experimentation process to become more connected to their bodies so they could to do the same. Some people would do amazing including whole grains in their diets and others wouldn’t.

Some clients would feel great eating higher amounts of healthy fats and then some wouldn’t and on and on. Eventually, after several weeks and months of getting my clients to self-experiment, we’d be able to dial in what worked best for them through feeling and trial and error. What I discovered through this process is that there is no-one-size fits all way of eating that works for everyone! To take that one step further there is no such thing as a food that works for every single person (anyone that tells you otherwise is misinformed.)

What’s healthy for your friend or spouse may not be healthy for you, and what’s healthy for you today may not be healthy for you six months from now.

I can say with 100% certainty this is a truth and really common sense when you think about it. How could one way of eating work for everyone? We all come from different backgrounds, have different health needs and goals, and are biochemically unique.

Now hear me out… there are guidelines for healthy eating that work for everyone and they include:

  1. Eating REAL food (not eating processed ‘fake’ food think Twinkies and Cheetos)
