The Weight Freedom 30 Day Challenge is Simple and Powerful
  • You get an email every Saturday during the challenge showing you what to do each day during the week
  • The challenge consists of just upgrading one meal per day to something healthier to get your body, mind and taste buds in the habit of eating healthier 
  • The challenge takes about 10 minutes to complete every day, with that small of a time investment there is no reason you can't rock this (no matter how busy you are)
  • All you need is a few simple ingredients and about 10 minutes to prepare a new 'upgraded' meal each day
  • You'll also be invited inside our Weight Freedom Accountability Group that will motivate you daily and keep you on track to create healthier eating habits
